Rachael is also known as Panda Yoga Edinburgh.

Rachael has been teaching yoga since 2016. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in yin yoga with Chi Therapeutics and Restorative Yoga training with White Space Yoga in March 2018. In May 2019 Rachael trained in BASI Pilates Matwork Pilates. In 2021 Rachael expanded her training with Yinstinct Yoga, Yoga for the Stages of Menopause.

Rachael has been practising multiple styles of yoga for over 20 years and has used yoga to aid in recovery from various injuries including a serious back injury and long term hip issues.

Her classes are open to all and are relaxed and welcoming. You won’t chant, you won’t be given complex Sanskrit names for poses, you’ll not be expected to be flexible (it’s a work in progress for most people) and you’ll leave relaxed with a smile.
